2. Data Collection
We collect personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested services. This includes name, email address, phone number, and project-related information submitted through our contact forms. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed based on: (a) the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or (b) your explicit consent provided at the point of data submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 24 months following project completion, after which it is permanently deleted from all systems unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary for service execution (e.g., payment processing via Stripe). All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

6. International Transfers
As an EU-based entity, WebBuildSystems ensures that all data processing occurs within the European Economic Area. Where data transfer outside the EEA is required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are employed.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted data transmission, secure storage, and access controls.

1. Scope of Services
WebBuildSystems provides bespoke frontend and backend web architecture development services. All services are delivered as outlined in individual project proposals and scope documents agreed upon prior to commencement.

2. Project Proposals & Acceptance
Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, pricing, and technical specifications. Work commences only after written acceptance of the proposal by the client.

3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to the milestone schedule defined in the project proposal. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 2% monthly administrative fee. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. WebBuildSystems retains the right to reuse general-purpose libraries, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 36 months.

6. Limitation of Liability
WebBuildSystems' total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Valencia, Spain.

WebBuildSystems operates on a milestone-based delivery model. Each project is divided into defined phases with corresponding payments. This ensures transparency and allows client review at each stage.

If a project is cancelled before development work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus an administrative fee of 5% to cover processing costs.

3. Mid-Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after development has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all completed milestones. No refund is issued for work already delivered and approved by the client.

4. Deliverable Rejection
If a delivered milestone does not meet the specifications outlined in the project proposal, WebBuildSystems will revise the deliverable at no additional cost within 14 days of notification. If the issue cannot be resolved, a proportional refund for the affected milestone will be issued.

5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Stripe-processed transactions are credited directly to the card on file.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and third-party hosting payments are non-refundable once provisioned on behalf of the client.

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies under the applicable laws of Spain.
